Shipping & Delivery Policy — My IT Support

We ship nationwide across the United States and to select international destinations, with 99% of paid orders dispatched within 1 business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS Free Shipping – 5 to 7 business days.
    Available on orders $10 and above within the contiguous United States.
    For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada, free shipping applies to orders $200 and above.

  • USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 3 business days.
    Orders process within 1 business day. Monday–Saturday delivery.

  • FedEx Ground – 1 to 5 business days.
    Orders process within 1 business day. Monday–Saturday delivery. (No PO Boxes.)

  • USPS Express Mail – Guaranteed 1 to 2 business days.
    Signature required. Orders process within 1 business day.

  • FedEx Overnight & 2-Day Shipping – Next-day or 2-day delivery options.
    Orders placed before 1 PM ET ship the same business day (Monday–Friday).

  • International Budget Shipping – 6 to 21 business days.
    Tracking may be limited or unavailable depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or natural events are beyond our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime by logging in to your My IT Support account and selecting Order History → Shipping Details.

Shipping Policies

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, distance, and package weight.

  • Orders over $200 or shipped to apartments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping fees when reshipped.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs fees, or taxes applied by destination countries.

Returns & Refund Policy

At My IT Support, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, our return process is quick and easy.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team via email, phone, or live chat to request a return.

  2. Print and complete the provided return form. (If you don’t have a printer, include a handwritten note with your order details.)

  3. Place the return form inside the box with your item.

  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our support team.

  5. Keep your tracking number until your return is confirmed.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Returns sent without complete information may take longer to process.

Warranty Policy

All products purchased from My IT Support come with a 365-day warranty for your peace of mind.

  • If you receive an item that is defective or not as expected, contact us within 365 days for an easy exchange or store credit.

  • New, unopened items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 120 days.

  • Opened or pre-owned products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping).

  • Our price match policy allows you to request a price adjustment within 7 days of purchase if the same product is listed at a lower price on myitsupport.com.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit once the item is received and verified.
